Level 1 Marketing Strategist

In this position, you will work directly with our Chief Marketing Strategist and other team members to conceptualize, plan, and implement strategically positioned marketing plans for our clients. You bring demonstrated success in project management, account management, and content development. You think creatively, act proactively, adhere to deadlines and believe juggling multiple projects across a variety of industries makes the day fly by.

You are proficient with executing email campaigns and can produce a winning digital ad. Now, you’ll have the opportunity to create the plans and budgets you believe will meet our goals for clients. You will grow in your marketing knowledge and experience in ways you never knew possible.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the W@W team and directly with our clients and key vendors. Specifically, you will:

  • Work closely with clients and vendors
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and research projects to establish clients’ brand values
  • Contribute to short and long term marketing plans with corresponding budgets and schedules
  • Write copy for a variety of marketing tactics
  • Execute marketing tactics across numerous platforms including social media, digital media, PR outreach, and email marketing according to budget and deadline
  • Review and analyze data from marketing initiatives

We seek candidates with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or English with 2-4 years of marketing experience.

Marketing Coordinator

If you’re a self-starter with demonstrated project management skills and a knack for keeping many balls in the air without a drop, we welcome you to apply for our Marketing Coordinator position. In this role you will work collaboratively with the W@W team and directly with our clients and key vendors.  Specifically, you will:

  • Work independently to the high standards of the company using your ability to prioritize tasks
  • Support our clients’ goals by working with a variety of online tools including Constant Contact, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Harvest, and Basecamp
  • Help to develop campaigns with clear calls to action and will monitor results in Google Analytics and digital marketing online dashboards
  • Pitch clients’ press releases to media contacts
  • Write, build, edit, and proofread a variety of communications for internal and external use
  • Present a friendly, welcoming, and professional first impression to clients and visitors
  • Juggle project details with attention to schedules and budgets
